Appointments

All appointments are booked through Fresha. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive full session details including preparation and location confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule.

• Changes made within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit

• Late cancellations will require a new deposit for rebooking

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at your session.

After-Hours Bookings

Appointments scheduled outside of standard operating times will include a R150 after-hours fee.

Travel and Mobile Service Areas

Our pricing includes travel within a 15 km radius of your nearest Bloom and Bare mobile therapist.

Additional travel is charged at a small rate per km and will be confirmed before your session.

Preparation Before Your Appointment

You will need to shave the treatment area 12 to 24 hours before your session.

If you arrive unshaved, we offer a pre-treatment shave add-on, billed at your therapist’s discretion.

Health and Safety

If you have sunburn, active skin irritation, open wounds or have recently waxed or plucked the area, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for safety. Your therapist will always guide you.

Inclusivity

Bloom and Bare is entirely gender-neutral. Pricing is based on the area treated, not gender. Everyone deserves smooth confidence.
